Traditional Pot Still Design

The pot still is one of the oldest and most widely used distillation designs in the world. Its simplicity allows the character and flavour of the original ingredients to carry through into the final spirit, making it popular for producing artisan spirits with depth and complexity.

The swan neck design helps direct vapours efficiently into the condenser, while the rapid brass locking system allows for easy assembly and cleaning between runs.

Electrical Information

The included electric hotplate is supplied with voltage selection capability. By default, units are configured to 220V. Please check and adjust the voltage selector located on the underside of the hotplate to suit your local power supply before use.
