Why Choose an Alquitar?

Unlike a conventional pot still, the Alquitar uses a bowl-shaped condenser positioned directly above the vapour chamber. Combined with its internal sieve plates, this design promotes natural reflux, producing a cleaner spirit and slightly higher alcohol yields.

Many distillers appreciate the Alquitar’s ability to layer botanicals across multiple trays, making it particularly well suited to gin production.
